A few of the many characteristics I want to bring into 2025. What are some of yours? Are any of ours the same? True to my word: 🤝 I want to train my brain to keep my promises. When I tell myself I’m going to do something, I’m going to do it. Itll continue to strengthen and work for me. Committed to my goals: I want 1 year from now, to be proud of myself, because I stayed consistent. 🤍 Mindful of my health: Keep a routine that makes me feel good from the inside out. Nutritious foods, a journal, an organized closet, a clear mind all make me feel healthy and happy. Not afraid to put myself out there: I was in a bad car accident a couple years back, when I made it out alive, I promised myself I wouldn’t let fear run my life. No matter how big or small, life is too short, and from a bird’s eye perspective, fear is too minuscule, too imaginary, to even matter. Uplift others they can do it too: When we empower others to believe in their own potential, we create a ripple effect where everyone can experience success.
