We’re having broccoli and cheddar soup tonight for dinner so I’m making a easy honey bread to go with it. 1 cup warm water 1 tablespoon active dry yeast 1/4 cup honey 1 cup milk 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 teaspoon Celtic salt 5 cups of all purpose flour Add 1 cup of warm water, yeast and honey to your mixer and mix until combine. Let’s sit for 10 minutes. It will start to foam up. Now you can add in oil,milk, salt and flour. Knead dough for six minutes. Remove the dough from your bowl oil add dough back in and cover. Let rise for one hour. Dump out onto a floured surface and shape your dough, put it into a baking dish and let rise for another 30 minutes while your oven is preheating at 350° . We’re going to bake these for 25 minutes covered and uncovered for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Y’all come eat! 🍞🍞🍞🍞
