save this breakfast for when you want to get serious about curbing your cravings 👀 Ingredients: Labneh 2 eggs cherry tomatoes Dill, mint & parsley Chickpeas (Paprika, chilli flakes, salt, pepper & hot honey -for chickpeas) Sourdough bread Olive oil Salt Pepper Buckwheat Lime for garnish Directions: Cook eggs by bringing water to a boil then placing the eggs in gently and timing for 7 mins. Immediately take them out at 7 mins and dunk them in ice cold water (so they stop cooking) - this will make sure you have the softer centre Mix chickpeas with paprika, chili flakes, salt, pepper, and hot honey Plate everything together. Start with the labneh, then slice the eggs, slice the cherry tomatoes, and put bits of dill, mint, and parsley on top. Add chickpeas (with spices), and toast the sourdough bread (I added butter), then top with olive oil, buckwheat (adds a nice crunch) salt, pepper, and garnish with lime.
