It is a really heavy and sad time in LA for so many and sharing my usual content just doesn’t feel right. I’ve been trying to put my energy into helping where I can.  Nala has been the most amazing companion through all of this, I truly don’t know what I would have done without her. It’s funny how they just know exactly when you need a hug the most. A post by @hollyb_fitness on TikTok caption: a little run tip from me !! currently training to PB my 10km and these ‘easy’ paced runs are going to be such a staple to my plan to help me cut some minutes off 🫶🏼 Top tips: • pretend someone is running behind you and pulling you back! • listen to slow music (anything with a quick tempo will speed you up)  • start SLOWER than you think, running out too quick will spike your heart rate and it will be harder to bring down  • keep checking in on your watch, having your heart rate visible is key to knowing you’re running at the correct pace  • there is NO shame in the walking game, sometimes a walk can help bring your heart rate back down  • leave your ego at the door, these runs can feel weird because you feel like you’re running so slowly that people will notice but trust me, that’s just your ego talking!!!  ad | whole fit is @MP ACTIVEWEAR including this new bra which I LOVEEEE (code BROOKS) #runningtip #runningadvice #beginnerrunner

Ingredients are for 4 servings but listing the macros per individual portion: 362 cals | 39g carbs, 7g fat and 26g protein  INGREDIENTS: • 400g Turkey mince (lean) • 430g Black beans • 600g Sweet potato • 1 White onion  • 3 Garlic cloves  • 400g Tinned tomatoes  • 200ml Water  • 2 tbsp Tomato puree  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar  • Salt, pepper, paprika and cumin  #mealprep #turkeychilli #recipes

Ad | listing the key @myprotein products I use every run  1) multi-vitamins - I take one of these every morning, I also take a digestion tablet but usually have that post-run ✌🏼 2) vanilla flav drops - do I like coffee or do I like the vanilla drops?
