a little run tip from me !! currently training to PB my 10km and these ‘easy’ paced runs are going to be such a staple to my plan to help me cut some minutes off 🫶🏼 Top tips: • pretend someone is running behind you and pulling you back! • listen to slow music (anything with a quick tempo will speed you up) • start SLOWER than you think, running out too quick will spike your heart rate and it will be harder to bring down • keep checking in on your watch, having your heart rate visible is key to knowing you’re running at the correct pace • there is NO shame in the walking game, sometimes a walk can help bring your heart rate back down • leave your ego at the door, these runs can feel weird because you feel like you’re running so slowly that people will notice but trust me, that’s just your ego talking!!! ad | whole fit is @MP ACTIVEWEAR including this new bra which I LOVEEEE (code BROOKS)
