My Louisiana Gumbo is ready for Christmas 🎄 Tell Doechii this my jam! @Doechii Ingredients: Boneless Chicken Thighs Andouille Sausage Jumbo Shrimp Sazon Tony Chaceres Garlic Powder Onion Powder Cayenne Pepper 1 cup of Flour 1/2 cup of Butter Olive Oil My Roux is simple boo! Add your flour & butter to a pot I also add a little water until I get the consistency I want and I cook it and stir until it’s the Dark Brown. After it’s done, In a seperate pot I start boiling some water & I add a pack of seasoning blend. Once my water comes to a boil then I add my Roux. And let it simmer. I Coat my chicken with Olive oil, season, and then bake it in the oven for about 15-20 minutes before adding it to my pot. I also sauté my sausage in a seperate skillet as well. Once my Roux is all the way dissolved, I add my chicken & sausage and season it with the seasonings listed above. Then I add shrimp. I always add my shrimp last. Love Yall 🫶🏾
