Anna Paul’s Turkish Pasta INGREDIENTS: - 500g bow pasta, cooked al dente - 1kg full fat mince (beef or lamb) @The Meat Cartel - Pinch of curry powder - 2 teaspoons black pepper - 1 teaspoon salt (or to taste) - 3 heaped tablespoons paprika - 3 heaped tablespoons onion powder - 1 onion, finely diced - 1kg Greek yoghurt - 3 crushed garlic cloves - 150g butter - 4 tablespoons paprika - Cherry tomatoes, quartered - Flat leaf parsley, chopped METHOD: - Fry off the mince with the curry powder, pepper, salt, paprika & onion powder (no oil needed, cook until crispy) - Add the garlic to the yoghurt tub and salt to taste, mix well - Melt the butter and when it’s melted add paprika - Assemble in order of pasta, yoghurt, mince, tomato, parsley, butter sauce @Anna Paul
