Panettone Tiramisù 🍰AKA Xmas Leftovers😋😅 Ingredients 1 chocolate panettone 3 eggs 100g sugar 500 g Mascarpone 250ml coffee Separate the egg whites from the yolks and add 3 tablespoons of sugar, keeping the whites aside, which will also be used in the tiramisu. Heat the egg yolk mixture over low heat while stirring until it reaches 71C / 160F. Once the mixture hits 71C / 160F remove the saucepan from the heat immediately and put it in an ice water bath Add the mascarpone to the egg yolks, mixing from the bottom to the top so that the mixture does not come apart. Take care to use eggs and mascarpone at room temperature. At this point, whip the egg whites until stiff and add them to the freshly prepared mascarpone cream, always mixing gently from the bottom up. Add a pinch of salt to the egg whites to facilitate the operation. Create layers of mascarpone cream with layers of panettone soaked in coffee.
