Partial Transcript for Accessibility: We want to remind everyone of our mission, how we work, and address unfortunate misinformation and disinformation being spread against us. We are a Non-Profit Organization: We announced our NPO status in August 2024 and since then have included this status in our linktree, FAQ, and spreadsheet. We will continue to update our FAQs and other resources as OOB grows and announce any large updates through our platforms. As a new NPO, we just finished our fiscal year. We have not filed taxes yet with the federal government, so we are not searchable on the website. Our tax documents will be filed in accordance with all federal deadlines and processed by the IRS, who will be the ones to make the records available to search. We are not a 50(1)c(3): This has been made clear in our language since our announcement. Our Fiscal Sponsor is a 501(c)(3) organization. Fiscal Sponsors support newly established NPOs by providing financial oversight, management, and administrative services that extend beyond our current NPO status. As per our agreement and out of respect for their privacy, we will not be publicly disclosing their name. However, this sponsorship allows us to legally process tax-deductible donations, maintain financial transparency, and continue our aid work effectively. If you have concerns regarding our nonprofit status or financial transparency, we encourage you to review our updates on our pages, where we regularly post aid distrubition from our partners. We have never pocketed donation money: Grassroots organizing and aid work requires infrastructure, labor, and sustainability. As a Non-Profit, our expenses are categorized into two areas: operating costs and direct aid. 15% is the Council of Non-Profit’s recommended standard. Our operating costs are maintained at 3.49%. And then Volunteer stipends make up 0.9%. All funds raised through our GFM after their processing fees go entirely to direct aid. All funds from our BMAC after their fees go to direct aid and operational costs. In April 2024, we established our BMAC with the mission to support water trucks, other direct aid, and for OOB to grow. As detailed on the site, and from our own posts, these funds help with a range of essential expenses. And we continue to update our BMAC monthly on how donations are used. We are not subject to FOIA requests: FOIA stands for Freedom of Information Act. Federal agencies and publicly funded organizations are subject to FOIA requests. And OOB is neither of those. And same goes for Kentucky Open Records Law (KRS 61.872). We have never withheld aid: The individuals making these claims know that the families that they have been advocating for have been receiving recurring aid for months. Our aid partners have made it clear that equity is key—there are thousands of families in Gaza with no access to aid, no social media, no Western advocates, no crowdfunding, and cannot speak English. Many are screaming into the void while others are receiving continuous support. This is why our partners—not us—decide how aid is distributed, because they are on the ground navigating these conditions firsthand. The individuals spreading these lies line that the families were never denied aid—yet they chose to contact them anyway, emotionally manipulate them, and falsely claim that aid was going to be cut off because they stopped volunteering with OOB. To weaponize the despair of families surviving genocide just to push a personal vendetta is beyond unethical. Onto the unfortunate update: We are aware of several videos created by ex-volunteers and the campaign they are building in an attempt to target our partners and build distrust and despair among the already distressed families. A vengeful attempt to dismantle and discredit the work of OOB. Although the primary individual left Operation Olive Branch in October 2024 on good terms and expressed their gratitude in writing upon their willing exit, they have dramatically pivoted
