One week in yall!!!! 🙌 Some things I’ve learned this first week: I was taking the “hard” out of 75 hard. I was making it too easy “let’s just walk at this time, let’s do this” making the program work for me vs me working for it. Why does it matter? Because it’s suppose to be inconvenient. It’s suppose to grow your mental toughness. If you’re doing the program for weight loss please don’t, you can lose weight in SO many other ways. Just following a calorie deficit, increasing steps, etc. 75 hard is suppose to challenge you, It’s suppose to bring out the hard in you, The I won’t give up in you, It’s suppose to be a program that helps you see that even when times get tough, you don’t give up. It’s not for everyone. I repeat, it’s NOT for everyone. But I definitely think anyone can do it. Mentally 7 days in feeling my absolute best. Proud of myself and the work we’ve put in this week as a family. Our kids are finally in routine for sleep. We’re in routine. I am feeling good. This isn’t me trying to shove 75 hard down your throat, but documenting my real experience doing the program and truly I believe if I can do it, you can too.
