Ingredients: • 2 lbs Kirkwood Chicken Breasts • Stonemill Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Salt & Pepper (to taste) • 1 carton Chef’s Cupboard Chicken Broth • 1 (28 oz) can Pueblo Lindo Green Chili Enchilada Sauce • 1 can Happy Harvest Diced Tomatoes with Green Chiles (like Rotel) • 1 cup Friendly Farms Half-and-Half • 4 oz Happy Farms Softened Cream Cheese • 2 cups Happy Farms Shredded Mexican Cheese • 4 oz Casa Mamita Salsa Verde Instructions: 1️⃣ Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. 2️⃣ In a crockpot, add the chicken, chicken broth, green chili enchilada sauce, and Rotel. Stir to combine. 3️⃣ Cover and cook on HIGH for 4–6 hours until the chicken is cooked through. 4️⃣ Remove the chicken, shred it, and return it to the crockpot.
