Meet Quinn (11) & Rowan (7) Heyrana de Leyos, the dynamic Filipino-American sister duo behind the mini heart sculptures “Spark In Our Hearts” for
#HeartsinSF2025 on behalf of IG/SFGHFoundation🫀💕 These two might be small, but their creativity (and hearts!) are huge. In this special interview, Quinn and Rowan share what their art means to them, from the joy of painting with their mama, artist Dev Heyrana (whose stunning Large Heart, “SŌL,” is also part of this year’s series! 🌞), to why they loved being a part of this project. Quinn, a singer, skater, and all-around cool kid, believes art is a way to explore the world with curiosity and spread kindness. Rowan, a future author-illustrator with dance moves to match, fills her heart with music, stories, and creativity, and now, she’s sharing that magic with the city of San Francisco. Is it even possible for two tiny humans to have hearts this big and talent this endless?! 🫀🎨💕 Follow along to see these heartwarming creations come to life:
