I’m currently doing phase one of the AIP diet to try and figure out my chronic migraine and sickness issues and was craving something sweet and yummy for a snack. This hit the spot!  AIP Friendly Baked Apples- Cut and core one apple, top with honey and cinnamon and bake in your air fryer for 15 minutes. Top with coconut milk (or whip or regular cream if you’re not on any restrictions). Add a little more cinnamon and enjoy!
