the dish your friends will be grateful you made!! 🤤 trust me, people at the Super Bowl party staring at a table of a million dips and chips will THANK YOU for this protein and fiber 🌮 RECIPE: 2 lb ground turkey (I usually do 98/2 but find 93/7 is tastier) 2 lbs mini bell peppers 1 can unsalted black beans 1/4 red onion cheddar cheese (or cheese of choice) optional: greek yogurt or sour cream cilantro lime (1 per sheet pan) sauté 2 lb ground turkey in salt, pepper, garlic, and chili pepper (you could also use taco seasoning but I didn’t have any) halve 2 lb of bell peppers, spread on a sheet pan and add olive oil, salt and pepper bake at 350 for 15 minutes. add the toppings: turkey, black beans, 1/4 diced red onion and freshly grated sharp cheddar cheese (really any cheese will work) bake for another 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted. top with greek yogurt or sour cream, cilantro, and lime juice scoop & enjoy! 😋 who are we rooting for this year??
