eating for muscle growth & gut health to feel good and prevent bloating 🤍💫 My relationship with food has been a journey. I’ve struggled with binge eating and severely under eating (also tracked macros for years), and I’m so happy that I now have a MUCH better relationship with food. I feel good while eating now and rarely experience bloating 🫶🏼 Here’s what a typical day of eating looks like for me ⬇️ PS. You might want to save this for later 💾 6am: Greek yogurt parfait! Protein first thing in the morning gives me so much energy for the day ahead. I add blueberries/bananas, natural peanut butter, granola (Purely Elizabeth’s blueberry walnut has so many benefits for hormone health), cacao, and honey 🫐 8am: egg whites + an egg wrapped with onions, bell peppers, pepperjack cheese, spinach, and basil on sourdough toast with oranges (or any other fruit!). I ran out of avocados but I loveee adding half of one here too 🥑 12pm: l’ve been LOVING pasta with grass fed ground beef, onions, tomato, bell peppers, basil, mozzarella, and pasta sauce. It’s protein packed and doesn’t leave me feeling gross 🍝 4pm: Greek yogurt Chobani drink for a little snack/ pick me up 🥛 7pm: Mixed veggies with shrimp and sourdough bread with grass fed butter 🍤 9pm: Nature’s Bakery brownie (made with dates) to satisfy my sweet tooth! 🍫 My biggest shift in my nutrition has been food sourcing. I cook only with olive oil and try to buy organic/grass fed only. I clean my fruits + veggies with water, vinegar, and baking soda as well. What you put into your body makes such a huge difference!
