HAPPY NEW YEAR 🥳💪 and RIP to my 🍑💀 I know some will argue the “before” was better, but this transformation isn’t about looks—it’s about happiness and health. After a decade of struggling with weight plateaus and feeling like I was losing my mind, discovering it wasn’t “me” but an underlying issue was the biggest relief—and the hardest journey. It can take up to a year for hormones to balance, but after six months of proper medication, supplements, and lifestyle changes tailored to my metabolic and endocrine disorder, my body is finally working the way it should. The peace of no longer obsessing over every little thing is indescribable. For the first time, I can truly focus on what matters most in life. As a model, consistent weight and clear skin are essential, and I’m thrilled to see both improving. Our bodies are incredible—when you start listening to their cues and working with them instead of against them, they can heal in ways you never imagined. A huge thank you to my holistic doctor for her patience and dedication. She’s the best, and I truly owe her my sanity and well-being. That said, going through a hormonal shift isn’t glamorous. I’ve faced appetite changes, mood swings, and moments of questioning everything—even my identity which is something I’m still leaning to navigate through as this never version of me unravels that I’ve never lived before. I don’t know how pregnant women do it—God bless you all. Advocating for myself and fighting for answers changed my life. If I hadn’t trusted my instincts, I wouldn’t be where I am today. Now, I’ve never felt more at peace in my body, and I wish this feeling for everyone—especially women. We deserve it. • •
