The last movement is an alternative for the lateral shoot thrus, I know that one can be tricky for some beginners.  f u l l โ€ข w o r k o u t Complete each movement back to back for 60 seconds each. Take a 1-2 minute rest, repeat for 3-4 rounds.  * to make even more beginner friendly, decrease work time to 30-45 seconds and number of rounds to 2-3. ๐Ÿ’ฅ front + reverse lunge, change legs halfway  ๐Ÿ’ฅ plank up downs, make sure youโ€™re alternating arms ๐Ÿ’ฅ plank > tabletop > downward dog & reverse (idk what this movement is called lmao) ๐Ÿ’ฅ prisoner squat w toe touches  ๐Ÿ’ฅ side plank, change sides halfway  ๐Ÿ’ฅ lateral shoot thrus  ** last movement is an alternative for lateral shoot thrus, itโ€™s a simple table top plank w 2x shoulder tap + 2x knee tap  Move your body.
