#bosuball , I do just the balance training at the beginning and end of every workout, at the beginning, after I get my shoulders a bit warm, I do these to solidify them and get them mobile, and at the end for a little extra stress, but also I try to focus on the shoulder extension at the top while trying to balance and it that can feel like a stretch, anyways love these.
