Perfect for a last minute game day recipe.  1 package of store bought gnocchi  Pecorino Romano  Black Pepper EVOO Add the gnocchi to a bowl and drizzle with EVOO. Season with salt and pepper, and then air fry at 400ยฐ for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.  Once done, season with freshly grated Pecorino Romano, and a few cracks of black pepper. Toss until combined, then transfer to your serving bowl. The creamy cheese and garlic coating is rounded out with a sharp black pepper kick, making each bite both rich and flavorful. Ingredients - 1 medium head cauliflower (2 pounds) - 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil - 2 teaspoons grated garlic, divided - 5 tablespoons grated Pecorino Romano cheese, divided - 1ยผ teaspoons coarsely ground pepper, divided, plus more for garnish - ยฝ cup whole-milk plain yogurt - ยผ cup reduced-fat cream cheese, softened - โ…› teaspoon salt - Chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley for garnish (optional) Directions 1. Preheat oven to 400ยฐF. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with foil. Remove and discard leaves from cauliflower. Trim bottom of core so the cauliflower head sits flat on the prepared baking sheet. Whisk 3 tablespoons oil and 1ยฝ teaspoons garlic together in a small bowl. Brush the cauliflower all over with all of the oil mixture, making sure most of the grated garlic pieces are on the top or sides of the head. You'll want to add this Cacio e Pepe Potato Gratin recipe to your favorites ASAP ๐Ÿคฉ Ingredients 4 tablespoons unsalted butter  1 small yellow onion, thinly sliced 4 garlic cloves, minced 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt 4 pounds Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced on a mandolin into 1/8-in.-thick slices 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper, plus more for garnish 2 cups freshly grated pecorino Romano cheese fresh thyme leaves, for garnish Directions Gather all ingredients. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Heat butter in a large 12-inch high-sided skillet over medium heat until melted. Preheat oven to 425ยฐF. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Whisk 1ยฝ tablespoons olive oil, 1 tablespoon butter, ยฝ teaspoon each pepper and garlic powder and ยผ teaspoon salt in a large bowl. Add squash wedges; toss to coat. Italian Restaurant in Bluffton, South Carolina ๐Ÿ โœจ I finally tried Joelle for the first time last month and it was it was incredible! The restaurant is not only charming and every bit cozy, but the food is outstanding! One of their menu items happens to include one of my favorite Italian dishes - Cacio e Pepe- which believe it or not is hard to come by in the low country. The dish was amazing as was their rigatoni, arancini, polenta fries and tiramisu (ps it was the best tiramisu Iโ€™ve ever had!).  They also have pizzas, salads and a variety of appetizer options and pasta dishes! PSA: we don't want flowers for valentine's day we want a cute tiny pasta shape + heaps of cheese. ๐Ÿ’โ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿง€  WHAT YOU NEED: 1 tsp crushed black peppercorns 3 tbsp butter 1.5 cups small shaped pasta (TJ's farfalline, orzo, ditalini, pastina etc!) 2 3/4 cups water pinch of salt (the cheese adds flavor/sodium) 1.5 cups (has to be) freshly grated pecorino romano  WHAT TO DO: 1. toast the peppercorns for a few minutes until fragrant. add the butter and pasta and stir until the pasta soaks up the butter. 2. add the water and pinch of salt, cook until the pasta is a little under al dente and the liquid is about 80% absorbed. (you can add in more water while it's cooking if yoh need! some stoves will cook it faster - and it will evaporate faster than my stove and settings.) 3. mix the freshly grated cheese into the pasta and remaining liquid in the pan and stir quickly. (i added the cheese in two batches the make sure it mixed in evenly and avoided any clumping.) 4. transfer to bowls and top with more fresh cheese and more freshly grated black pepper.  *** recipe notes: yes you could cook pasta in both for more flavor but i feel like that takes away from the traditional taste of cacio e pepe.  i get all my cute pasta shapes on either amazon (storefront linked in bio) or local italian markets. #pasta #pastatiktok #farfalline #bowtie #mini #minipasta #carbs #yum #foodtock #cooking #hungry #EasyRecipes #pastarecipe #cacioepepe
