1 large egg yolk, room temperature 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 ¾ cup all-purpose flour ½ cup Oreo crumbs 1 teaspoon fine sea salt 1 teaspoon baking soda ½ teaspoon baking powder 1/2 cup Oreo crumbs, for the tops Cream the butter, sugar, and brown sugar together for 3 minutes until light and fluffy.
