Replying to @stripedkitteh 45g of protein buffalo chicken dip 🍗🔥 1lb chicken breast 3 tbsp olive oil 1 container (24 oz) low fat cottage cheese Franks red hot buffalo sauce, to taste 1 packet of Ranch seasoning Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, to taste 1. Cut the chicken breast into small strips / chunks (so it’s easier to shred). 2. Marinate the chicken in olive oil, salt, pepper, and any other seasonings you like (I did rotisserie chicken, garlic, and onion powder). 3. Cook chicken in the oven at 425 until the internal temp reaches 165F (about 10-15 minutes). 4. Once cooked through and cooled a bit, shred chicken. I used a stand mixer on medium speed. 5. Add the shredded chicken to a medium size mixing bowl. Then, stir in the remaining ingredients. 6.
