Ingredients: For the Steak: 	•	3 New York strip steaks 	•	Traeger Blackened Seasoning (or seasoning of choice) 	•	2 tbsp olive oil, plus more for searing Cilantro Lime Rice: 	•	1 cup long-grain white rice 	•	2 cups water or broth 	•	1 tbsp olive oil 	•	1/2 tsp salt 	•	1/3 cup cilantro, chopped 	•	Juice and zest of 1 lime Charred Corn Salsa: 	•	12 oz frozen corn 	•	3 garlic cloves, minced 	•	2 tomatoes, diced 	•	1/4 cup red onion, diced 	•	1/3 cup cilantro, chopped 	•	Juice of 1 lime 	•	1/2 tsp cumin 	•	Salt and pepper, to taste 	•	1 tbsp oil Cilantro Lime Sauce: 	•	1/4 cup olive oil 	•	Juice of 1/2 lime 	•	1 garlic clove, minced 	•	1/4 cup cilantro, chopped 	•	1/2 jalapeño, finely diced 	•	Salt, to taste Instructions: 1.
