Scroll down for the full recipe: Ingredients: 14–16 Medjool dates, pitted 1/4 cup butter, at room temperature 1/2 cup hulled tahini 1/2 tsp fine salt 1/2 cup pistachio nuts 150g dark chocolate Sea salt flakes, optional Instructions: Grease and line an 8-inch square tin. Pit and butterfly dates. Press into an even layer, sticky side down. Beat softened butter and tahini until creamy and add salt. Spread over the date layer. Blend or crush pistachios into small pieces. Sprinkle evenly. Freeze for 1 hour. Melt chocolate using a double boiler. Pour over the pistachio layer and spread evenly. Add flaky salt if desired. Chill in the fridge or freezer until firm. Cut into squares with a hot knife and enjoy!
