This challenge is a HUGE deal for me. It’s a goal that I’ve never ever thought I’d strive for. I’m not doing the challenge for speed but simply to finish. Cardio and endurance has always been my weakness, but I’m going to prove to myself that I have what it takes to finish. The
#dekachallenge is 10 functional exercise zones that must be completed and you run about 0.3mi in between each of the zones. I may need a hospital at the end but I can at least say I did it! 😂 I’ll post a monthly update on my training progress, mainly to hold myself accountable!
