My favorite comfort meal 🤤 Ingredients - 5 cups chicken breasts, cooked and cubed (or shredded) I use a rotisserie chicken - 1 cup sour cream - 2 (10.75 ounce cans) condensed cream of chicken soup - 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce - 1 tbsp lemon juice - 1 tablespoon minced garlic - 2 cups crushed Ritz crackers, (about 1 1/2 rolls of crackers) - 1/2 cup butter, melted - 1 Tablespoon poppy seeds - 2 cups cooked rice Directions - Stir together the condensed soup, sour cream, worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, garlic & chicken. - Place in a 9x13 dish - In a bowl or bag, crush ritz crackers and add melted butter - Sprinkle crackers over chicken mixture & top with poppy seeds. - Bake on 350° for 20-30 mins until crackers are brown. - Eat over rice or noodles
