Our manicotti recipe ❤️💚 recipes below ⏬⏬ Ingredients for abt 50 Manicotti shells 12 eggs 3 cups milk 3 cups of flour For filling: 6 pounds Ricotta 6 eggs 1 cup pecorino romano 16 ounces mozzarella 2 tablespoons parsley Ingredients for 18-24 manicotti Shells 4 eggs 1 cup of milk I cup of flour Filling 2 pounds ricotta 2 eggs in ricotta 1/2 cup pecorino Romano 2 tablespoons fresh parsley 8-10 ounces mozzarella (you can add more if you like) If you want to do less you can cut the recipe in half again! Sauce: Garlic cloves One onion Basil Tomato purée Olive oil For shells Crack eggs in a bowl, whisk in milk, flour. Grab a 8-9inch pan non stick. Take a small ladle, cover the bottom of pan with batter to make the manicotti shells. Then flip to other side when it starts to form. For the filling, in a large bowl add ricotta, eggs, pecorino Romano chesse, parsley, mozzarella. Mix together. Cover baking pan with sauce. Fill shells, pour sauce all over shells! Bake for 30 min at 400 degrees. Don’t forget to add some pecorino cheese when serving if you like! ❤️
