#pork #eggroll #ricebowl #DinnerIdeas #EasyRecipe #weeknightdinner #eggrollinabowl #ducksauce #takeoutathome 1 lb ground pork 1 large yellow onion 1 shaved large carrot 1 cup thinly sliced cabbage (Obv add more if needed) 3 cloves chopped garlic Fresh cilantro or green onion 3 tbs soy sauce 2 tbs oyster sauce Salt, pepper, crushed red pepper flakes, garlic powder, avocado oil Left over duck sauce π Add pork to a pan and cook on medium low heat until browned. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and crushed pepper flakes. Once browned, remove and set aside. Using the same pan, add a little bit of avocado oil, then you are sliced onions, carrots, and cabbage. Season with salt and pepper and sautΓ© until they get a little color. Then add in chopped garlic and saute for another few minutes. Next, add in cooked pork in mix everything together. Add in soy sauce and oyster sauce and mix. Finish with fresh, cilantro or green onion. Serve over white rice, and top with some leftover Chinese duck sauce. π€€
