I’ll get straight to the recipe:  Slow roast the steak in a crockpot for 6-8 hours on medium heat. I turned mine up to high the last 2 hours.  In the crockpot I added:  2tbsp butter Onion finely diced Clove of garlic  A few pinches of salt  Black pepper  Pepperocini peppers + juice  Beef stock  Garlic powder That’s the only thing you really need to prep!
