Everyone meet and Mike and Trent ๐งก They entered foster care at 2 and 4 due to domestic violence, neglect, and sexual abuse. After spending years in foster care they were both adopted and given the chance to heal. Now, they're using their experiences to help others- at just 23, Trent has authored and published two books, and has started his own ministry, @watchmerise919, offering trauma education and support to those on similar journeys. He also is a guest speaker with the goal of sharing his story and inspiring change and triumph. His story truly moved me and I know it will touch so many others.
