Hi y’all, my name is Paul and I am the guy behind @dimestoreradio, @dollyeveryday, @radiolenvie and @maisondufrene. This is what I do. If you know me, you know I love music and really love sharing old music. I love sharing important music and music that started everything and still persists. I also have a rare neurological condition called Friedreich’s Ataxia. It affects pretty much every aspect of my life but I have to say it has only aided my admiration, involvement and dedication to the Arts. Each year I try to post sort of a rough personal introduction, not just to show there is a human behind this constant stream of antiquity, but to also spread a little disability awareness and explain how I gained an enormous positive by dealing with mine. I realize alot of folks that follow me on either of my pages know little to nothing about me and seeing as I have gained many new followers in this last couple of years, now is as good a time as ever. Over the last twenty years of living with a disability that modifies my speech, coordination and mobility, I have had to make constant additions and subtractions to my lifestyle and I will say that of all additions, spotlighting, showcasing and sharing old and obscure music is by far the most rewarding. My friends know that I have been adamant about sharing for years but now that my facebook presence is widening and my instagram (@dimestoreradio & @radiolenvie) is constantly growing, I am sharing with hundreds of thousands of people on a daily basis. And it may sound cheesy, but for a guy who used to share his passions with 100 people tops, this is sort of a dream come true!
