I had some leftover costillas and some frijoles de la olla y los combine para hacer esta receta. Here’s the full recipe: 1) Cook 1.5 lb pork ribs on high heat until lightly browned. Season with salt to taste. 2) Add 4-6 chiles güeros and cook until golden brown. 3) Blend small bunch cilantro, 2 cups water, ~10 tomatillos, 2-3 jalapenos, 2 garlic cloves, 1/4 onion, 2 Tbsp beef bouillon, 1 tbsp oregano. 4) Add sauce to pork ribs, 2 cups frijoles de la olla (I used frijoles peruanos) simmer on low 15-20 min with some cilantro. 5) Enjoy 😉
