If you've ever tried @Trü Frü you'll know how good they are but sometimes it's easier (and more fun) to make your own frozen chocolate covered fruit at home. case in point: these peanut butter banana chocolate cups! (inspired by @reallittlemeals) here's how i make them: 1. line a mini muffin tin with 12 mini muffin liners. 2. slice 1 banana ¼-½ inch thick and place each slice into the muffin liners. 3. spoon 1-2 teaspoons of peanut butter* on top of each of the banana slices, then top with a few mini chocolate chips. 4. freeze for 1 hour to harden the peanut butter. E 5. enjoy a few bites at a time, leaving the rest in the freezer so they don't melt! *i love using @Trader Joe's drippy peanut butter (the orange container!) here but if you don't have a drippy PB, feel free to microwave your PB for 20-30 seconds (and if needed, stir in a tiny bit of coconut oil) to make it more pourable. ❤️ follow @ambitiouskitchen for more sweet treats and healthy dessert recipes!
