Recipe: Ingredients: 1 unit of thawed rolled short dough (@tnuvausa; the package contains 2 units, but we will use 1 for this recipe) Cheese and Za’atar Filling Ingredients: 1 cup shredded mozzarella 1 cup shredded feta cheese 1 package ricotta cheese (16 oz / 453g) 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1 heaping teaspoon za’atar 1 tablespoon fresh oregano leaves 1 tablespoon olive oil Instructions for the filling: Combine all the filling ingredients in a bowl and mix well. For the Topping: 3 Roma tomatoes, sliced 1/2 teaspoon flaky salt 5-6 fresh oregano leaves Method: 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. Cut a piece of baking paper to fit your baking pan and place it on your kitchen surface. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of flour over the paper. 3. Roll out the thawed dough on the floured baking paper, adjusting as needed to about 1/4 inch thickness. 4. Spread the cheese filling in the center of the dough, leaving a 2-inch border around the edge. 5. Arrange the sliced tomatoes on top of the cheese filling. Sprinkle with flaky salt and fresh oregano leaves. 6. Fold the edges of the dough over the filling, overlapping each fold slightly to form a crust. 7.
