Whipping up nutrient-dense deviled eggs! 🥚✨ Here’s how I made them: Ingredients: •6 fresh eggs from my chickens •2 tbsp Lineage’s pure tallow (no need to melt it’s super creamy) •2 tbsp mustard •1 tsp Lineage’s pure raw honey •½ tsp smoked paprika (plus extra for topping) •Sea salt and pepper to taste •Fresh parsley from my garden for garnish 🌿 Instructions: 1️⃣ Boil the eggs: Place eggs in a saucepan, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Simmer for 10 minutes, then cool in an ice bath and peel. 2️⃣ Cut the eggs in half and scoop out the yolks. 3️⃣ Mash the yolks with melted tallow, mustard, honey, smoked paprika, sea salt, and pepper until smooth. 4️⃣ Scoop the filling back into the egg whites. 5️⃣ Sprinkle with extra paprika and fresh or dried parsley.
