We back at it with another Meal Prep, But Vietnamese recipe video! Today, we got a banger, and it's my adaptation of a classic Vietnamese dish called Ga Roti/Roasted Chicken. This one is super simple, comes together quickly, and is just really tasty. This is one of those meals you could eat every day of the week and not get tired of it! Now, with any of these meal prep ideas, feel free to make adjustments to better fit your own lifestyle and goals. If you’re cutting back on white rice, feel free to swap it out with brown rice or any grain you want. If you don’t like honey, use your sweetener of choice, and if the fat content is too high, swapping the chicken quarters out for a leaner chicken breast will also work!
