The more you bend your knees, the more you will stretch your quad (the better the gains). Ideally you want your knees to go past your toes! 🍑 Glute-focused: Hinge at your hips like you're sitting back in a chair or getting into the car (this is called hip flexion, think “hinge at the hips”). It was a non office day, kids go to back to their dads.
