ميني كرواسون بالشوكولاتة 🥐🍫 المقادير : ١/٢ كيلو دقيق ( ٤ اكواب معيارية ) ١ معلقة صغيرة ملح  ١ كوب ماء دافئ ( يمكن استبدالها بالحليب الدافئ  ) معلقة صغيرة خل  ٢ معلقة كبيرة سكر  ١ معلقة كبيرة خميرة  ٢ معلقة كبيرة زبادي ( ياغورت ) ٢ معلقة كبيرة حليب بودرة ( يمكن الاستغناء عنه اذا استخدمنا حليب سائل ) بياض بيضة  ٢ معلقة كبيرة زبدة ( ٥٠ جرام ) الحشوة : شوكولاتة سبريد  للوجة : صفار بيضة - معلقة فانيليا - ٢ معلقة حليب  التسوية :  علي اعلي درجة حرارة لمدة عشر دقايق بس  اول مايطلع من الفرن لازم نرشه ببخاخ مياه ونغطيه كويس جدا عشان يفضل طري ونسيبه متغطي ربع ساعه عالاقل 🤩 ممكن تزودوا الحشوة تاني بعد التسويه وتدخلوا الشوكولاتة من اي فتحة فيه بالكيس الحلواني عشان يطلع مليان شوكولاتة زي الفيديو كده 😉😍 وممكن تعملوه ساده من الاول وتحشوه بعد التسوية ♥️ المقادير دي عملت معايا كمية كبيرة جدا 🥳 تقدروا تخزنوها في اكياس محكمة الغلق وتدخلوه التلاجة ويتسخن في اي وقت في المايكرويف وهيبقي كأنه لسه فريش بالظبط 🥐😉 لازم تجربوه عشان متأكده انه هيعجبكم جدا 🥰🥰 متنسوش تبعتولي الصور بقي 🤩 ‏#minicroissant #baking #molto #minimolto #foodphotography #foodblogger #happybaking #lunchbox  ‏‎#مولتو #ميني_كرواسون #لانش_بوكس #كرواسون #foryoupage #explore  Mini Chocolate Croissants 🥐🍫 Ingredients: 	•	1/2 kg flour (4 measuring cups) 	•	1 tsp salt 	•	1 cup warm water (can be substituted with warm milk) 	•	1 tsp vinegar 	•	2 tbsp sugar 	•	1 tbsp yeast 	•	2 tbsp yogurt 	•	2 tbsp powdered milk (can be omitted if using liquid milk) 	•	Egg white 	•	2 tbsp butter (50 grams) Filling: 	•	Chocolate spread For the top: 	•	Egg yolk 	•	1 tsp vanilla 	•	2 tbsp milk Baking instructions: 	•	Bake at the highest temperature for just 10 minutes. 	•	Once out of the oven, spray with water and cover well to keep them soft. Leave covered for at least 15 minutes. 🤩 	•	You can add more filling after baking by inserting chocolate through any opening using a piping bag for a chocolate-filled treat, just like in the video! 😉😍 	•	Alternatively, make them plain and fill them after baking. ♥️ These ingredients made a large batch for me 🥳. You can store them in airtight bags in the fridge and reheat them in the microwave for a fresh taste 🥐😉. Yearly traditions are the best 🙌 ~Ingredients: •½ bag of mini pretzel twists •1 bag of chocolate chips (2 cups) •1 cup of brown sugar •2 sticks of butter (1 cup total) ~Directions: •Wash your hands. •Preheat your oven to 350° •Then line a large baking tray with aluminum foil and lay a single layer of pretzels down. Fit as many as you can without one on top of the other. •Place the brown sugar and the butter in a small saucepan on medium heat. Stir until the sugar is dissolved. •Turn the heat to medium-high until the mixture is starting to bubble and becomes a thicker caramel texture. •Put a small amount of the caramel into a cup of cold water to check for the desired texture. (i prefer crunchy over chewy) •Remove from heat and pour the mixture evenly over the top of the pretzels (don’t worry if every single pretzel isn’t covered). •Bake in the oven for five minutes. •Remove from the oven and add the chocolate chips over the top. (If you like your chocolate chips well-melted, you can put them back to the oven for roughly 10-15 seconds. the longer you cook the chocolatethe less it will spread). •Leave them to cool for a few minutes before popping them in the freezer for two-three hours. •Take the tray out of the freezer and cut/break them into bite-size chunks. Quick tip:  For the best result, eat right after they come out of the freezer as they are nice and crunchy. Left on the counter for too long, the coating will get softer and start to melt. This Caramel Pretzel Bark is one of the most delicious things I have ever eaten. It is so addicting and always the number 1 request of the year from my husband, kids and teachers... even the bus driver!! I have to hide it from myself when I make it otherwise I will sit and eat the whole batch.
