Or did you trust your gut and know that doing what works for you is best? Look how easily social media posts can influence us so quickly - and there is a lot of this happening right now with it being the new year. so far I’ve seen a lot of “zero calorie snacks” and “foods to cut out,” etc. But if you ever find yourself wanting to roll your eyes or second guessing these posts.. this is your intuition and you should go with it. I always tell my clients, “you question it for a reason!” while I won’t be cutting out caffeine, here ARE some things I am doing to help with healthy caffeine consumption: ☕️ 10oz coffee a day - this is a sweet spot for me.
