Chicken noodle bone broth soup Everyone in my home was a little sick recently, this soup is the perfect protein-heavy hydrating pick me up. Vincent even got to help and watch, we tried out his helper tower! Ingredients: 2 chicken breasts 2 tbsp avocado oil 4 large carrots 4 celery stalks 1 yellow onion 8 cups of chicken bone broth 2 tbsp sea salt 1 tbsp black pepper 1/2 tbsp thyme 1 tbsp parsley 6 oz pasta Recipe: 1. Heat oil in pot over medium heat 2. Dice carrots and celery into 1/2 inch cubes and dice onion 3. Add the carrots, celery, and onion to the pot. Cook for 6 minutes while stirring consistently 4. Dice chicken breast into 1 inch cubes 5. Add diced chicken to the pot. Cook for 5 more minutes. Stir occasionally 6. Add in the bone broth, salt, pepper, thyme, and parsley and bring to a boil 7. Add pasta and cook uncovered for about 12 minutes or until pasta is al dente
