Happy holidays to all ❤️ thank you for your continued love & support of Coop’s Kitchen 😌🎄🦌✨  Pancake ingredients: -2 c oats  -1 tbsp baking powder -dash of cinnamon -dash of salt  -2 ripe bananas -1 c milk -1 egg -dash of vanilla -for cooking: butter or oil spray Toppings: -Turkey bacon -whip cream -blueberries -raspberries -maple syrup Latte ingredients: -2 shots of espresso -1/2 tbsp molasses  -1 tbsp maple syrup -dash of cinnamon  -dash of ground ginger  -salt -milk Steps: 1. Blend dry pancake ingredients and blend wet ingredients and add to bowl. Whisk until combined  2. In a pan on medium low heat, add batter (you need one large pancake, one medium pancake and two small pancakes for each reindeer  3. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side 4. Air fry turkey bacon on 400 or 9-10 minutes  5. Add molasses, maple syrup, ginger, cinnamon, & salt to a mug and brew espresso over everything. Stir and pour over milk & ice  6.
