To make the veggie salad: • peel a cucumber and dice it into tiny pieces • dice cherry tomatoes into fourths • dice red onion into small pieces No need to measure anything - follow your heart 😉 Toss the veggies in olive oil, salt, pepper, and dried dill. Store it in the fridge throughout the week! Sandwich: • warm hummus then spread a layer on both sides of your bread.
