• 1 part Elderberry or another quercetin-rich herb (e.g., onion, kale)
Preparation Instructions
1. Mix the dried herbs together thoroughly in a bowl.
2. Store the blend in an airtight container in a cool, dark place to preserve potency.
Ways to Use the Blend
Tea: Steep 1 tsp of herb blend in 8 ounces of hot water (not boiling) for 5-6 minutes. Strain and drink 2-3 times daily.
Capsules: Grind the blend into a fine powder and fill empty capsules (size 0 recommended). Take 2 capsules, twice daily.
