Here's part 2 of the top 10 Spices Against Viruses. I've also compiled a recipe that you can try, but I can't tell you how good it's going to taste. If you decide to add lemon or honey, they will both be beneficial for the tea, the lemon for the vitamin C, and if you use raw honey and put it in the tea after it's cooled down a bit you'll get the benefits from the honey, too! Pretty neat, huh? Here's the recipe I promised: Antiviral Spice Tea Blend Ingredients: 1 tsp turmeric powder ½ tsp cinnamon powder ½ tsp ginger powder 2-3 whole cloves Pinch of black pepper Optional: Honey or lemon for taste and added benefits. Instructions: 1. Heat 2 cups of water until hot (not boiling to preserve the oils). 2. Add all the spices and stir well. 3. Let it steep for 5-7 minutes, then strain. (A coffee filter works well here.) 4. Sweeten with honey or add lemon if desired.
