HOMEMADE MAYONNAISE + SUMAC MAYO 🫙• homemade mayo is probably one of the easiest things to make within minutes using 5 ingredients you probably already have on hand. But make it sumac mayo and it’s even better! The best part is you can make small batches at a time for the week or double it up for the next few weeks. This will last up to 2 weeks and some even mention up to a month! All you need is eggs, oil, salt, and dijon mustard. NOTE: I wanted a larger batch so i doubled mine 🥚🧂INGREDIENTS: -1 egg -1 cup oil (i used avocado 🥑 oil) -1/2 tsp salt -1/2 tsp dijon mustard 🫙🥚🧂 RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS: -add one room temperature egg to a wide mouth jar, salt, dijon mustard, and oil. -place your immersion blender all the way to the bottom of the jar, turn it on and work your way blending from the bottom up. -you want to make sure all the oil is blended nicely and after 3-4 minutes you’ll be left with the creamiest mayo EVER! *** if adding sumac add in a total of 2 tsp but blending one tsp at a time -refrigerate up to 2 weeks. 🫙🫙🫙
