📌 How to use delayed timer button on an instant pot ?  I have been using this method to save so much time. When I know that I won’t have time next day before I head to work, I plan out dishes in instant pot. Most pulses or grains require soaking any ways and if I want them to cook softer, it works perfectly well. I make Khichdi, cook beans and do so much more with the delayed timer button. I can’t wait to share more with all of you but here is an easy recipe for whole moong or mag and bhat.  When you hit delayed timer button and select in how many hours you want it to start cooking and account for 30 minutes self releasing time. For example in this video it is 10:40pm when I am setting it to cook and I want my mag and rice to be ready at 8 am next day. I set it for 8 hours as it will start cooking exactly at 6:40 am and then it will cook for around 15-20 minutes and will release for 30 minutes so by 8 am it will be ready to open. I also make sure that the  keep warm button is on so it is hot when I am packing it for lunchbox.
