The secret to success is not caring👇🏼 Not caring about who’s watching. Not caring about anyone else’s opinion. Not caring about what anyone else thinks or has to say about you.  I used to care SO MUCH about winning the approval of others. I wanted to prove to everybody that I belong, that I was good at what I do and that I can be one of the best at it.  And let me tell you, this thought process destroyed my performance. I was terrified to mess up and so scared that I would disappoint everyone. I relied on the confidence that other people had in me instead of believing in myself. But WHO CARES WHAT THEY THINK🙌🏼‼️ It’s all about the belief you have in yourself and what you think you’re capable of achieving. This year I’m fully trusting in the work I’ve done and the progress I’ve made, and I couldn’t care less what anyone else has to say about me. I believe in myself and that’s all that matters.
