We have all sat with and held anger. Many people are told that anger is destructive. But that's not true. Healthy anger is good and is typically a mask for grief, regret, sadness, or pain. When I sit with a client and their anger, it's a great sign that they still care about their marriage. In relationships, I often see anger as a layer of resentment. When we lose the vision of what our marriage would look like… When we have to pay the consequences of things we didn't do… It's the grief of losing what could have been… That's when resentment sneaks in and is often followed by anger. However, anger can serve as an effective warning system. Healthy anger can help us identify the root of the resentment and give us the energy to act. Anger should never be ignored, but it can be difficult to process alone. That's where I can help. In our coaching together, you will learn how to: 1. Recognize your anger 2. Identify the root of the pain 3. Process it in a way that transforms you and your relationship Comment READY to schedule your FREE 30-minute session with me to see if what I do to support my clients is a good fit for you. ❤️ #marriagerestoration #traumahealing #anger #marriagetransformation #LivingReframed #HealingJourney #selflove #selfreflection #selfconfidence #selfrespect #selftrust #liveloved #marriagecoach #thesevenprimalquestions #certifiedprimalquestioncoach #marriagetips #marriage #marriageadvice #marriageadviceforcouples #anger #resentment #resentmentinmarriage
