I made so many dishes with the lemons my sister in law brought me: this pasta(of course!), a breakfast cake (so yummy and super easy to make), and a Mediterranean chicken soup (you throw all the ingredients in a crockpot and you’re done)! I love her tree so much that I planted one last year. I can’t wait until it’s full of lemons!  In the meantime, here is the recipe for this amazing pasta ⬇️ Ingredients: 2 TbSp unsalted butter 6 cloves garlic 10.5oz (300g) pasta 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated Zest and juice of 1 medium lemon Handful fresh basil (you can also add spinach or blanched broccoli) 1/2 tsp red chili flakes Salt to taste Directions: -Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the noodles until al dente according to package instructions. Reserve 1 cup of the pasta water, then drain the pasta. -Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Sprinkle red chili flakes and salt into the skillet and give it all a mix.  -Tear basil leaves and add them to the skillet, add lemon zest and lemon juice, then pour in 1/2 cup of pasta water and bring it all to a low boil.  -Add grated Parmesan cheese and immediately add your hot cooked pasta.
