Growing up, I could never talk about how I hated the way i looked because girls would attack me saying “shut up you’re so skinny” “i wished i looked like that”. Boys never talked to me because I was too skinny. I felt very alone when it came to my body cause I couldn’t complain about it. Once i got to college and wasn’t in any sports anymore, I needed some sort of body movement activity. I then discovered the gym. I started going to the gym in 2021 and fell in love with the process of growing muscles. It was very hard for me to ever put in weight because of my metabolism. I have been underweight my entire life.. until 2 years ago. I struggle SO MUCH with eating right, eating the amount of protein i need, drinking water etc. So don’t ask me how i did it cause I genuinely do not know LOL. Consistency is KEY. I am still a work in progress and will continue to learn and grow everyday. I can finally say I am happy with the body I get to live in everyday.
