HIGH PROTEIN / LOW CALORIE DESSERT: NINJA CREAMI EDITION 🍨⭐️🤍🍫 like i said i EYEBALL EVERYTHING!!!  RECIPE DETAILSS: 💁‍♀️☝️ - one scoop @myprotein powder (i’m using their lactose free, decadent chocolate BROWNIE one; actually has really good macros & flavor -> 90 cals/ 20 g protein) CODE: ‘GAYMER’ for 51% off for the next three days only yall 💅💅 -pb powder (like two tablespoons) -almond milk (i just fill to line) -stevia  -pinch of salt -lil bit of frozen banana  -cinnamon -sf maple syrup -dash of xanthan gum (again i use this sparingly, & not always. i’ve heard guar guam is better for you but i don’t have that rn lol so if i just use a little and my stomach doesn’t get irritated)  -also sometimes i add like SF white chocolate jello AND OMGGGG so good highly recommend. anyways, i add all of my ingredients into the ninja creami container so ik im making the right portion size and then blend everything up, put it back in the container, & leave it in the freezer preferably overnight.  24 hours later… i blend twice on the light milkshake setting. after the first blend you’re supposed to add a little more liquid (i do almond milk) & blend again but lowkey me n malaki love the chalky ice cream style LOL 😭😭😭 but we did end up blending again later and it got rly creamy so either way. i like having this after dinner or something just to get in extra protein and i NEED a sweet treat before i can sleep so this is amazing 😹😹  i add peanut butter + berries on top. ill also add catalina crunch for extra crunch & more protein. #fyp #gymgirl #highprotein #highproteindessert #lowcalorie #fatloss #weightloss #musclegain #weightlifting #cardio #healthiswealth #healthylifestyle #healthyrecipes
