Hit that 'try new recipes' resolution early with Boursin sushi!đŁâ¨ Ingredients: - 3/4 puck of BoursinÂŽ - 1 1/3 cup cooked sushi rice - 4 nori seaweed sheets - 1 cucumber - 2 carrots - ½ cup spinach leaves - ½ red cabbage - 1 tsp sesame seeds - A few cilantro leaves - 1 tsp soy sauce Instructions: Wash and dry the cucumber, cabbage, carrot and spinach leaves. Cut the cucumber, cabbage, and carrot into very thin sticks. Place a sheet of nori seaweed on a board. Cover it with a thin layer of rice and a layer of spinach. Add the BoursinÂŽ. Add the vegetables on one side of the sheet, about 1 inch from the edge, then roll up tightly. Cut the maki roll into 1.5 inches slices, and place on a plate. Sprinkle some sesame seeds and cilantro. You may serve with a little soy sauce and some extra BoursinÂŽ crumbled on top.
